Los empleados y el encargado fueron muy buenos, nos trataron genial, nos hablaron hasta en español. Y nos solucionaron nuestros problemas. Las estrellas son por los empleados, la empresa es una más de alquiler de coches.

Overall, almost trouble-free experience. The car was clean, easy pick up, easy return. Courteous staff. One thing to keep in mind (and this is not mentioned at any time during the reservation process) is that Drivalia has no airport office. You need to call their office and a shuttle van will pick you up at the terminal. It took us a bit to figure this out, but once we did, the rest went very smoothly.
